What made you want to be a part of SAMS?
When I was a first year, SAMS provided a sense of community and was very supportive during a time where everything was new and confusing. I wanted to be a part of the team to make sure future students get the same, if not better, opportunities and support I got from SAMS, and enjoy MEDSCI and experience all the joys that come with university life!

What are your goals/aims as an executive member of SAMS?
As a member of the marketing team, my goal is to drive inclusive outreach that ensures every student has the opportunity to join and engage with the SAMS community. I aim to supporting my peers and provide a safe and welcoming space where students grow. I hope the SAMS community can help students find "their people" and build connections, to create a supportive network of future coworkers and collaborators that extends well beyond our time on campus.
