What made you want to be a part of SAMS?
As a SAMS member during my first year of biomed, I experienced how supportive and welcoming the club was. Whether it was through the events they organised or the positive and engaging energy they brought, SAMS made my first year feel less overwhelming.

I therefore wanted to contribute to the same community and help build an environment where other students feel welcomed, connected and encouraged throughout their first year as well. I overall wanted to be a part of a team that helps make university life a little easier and more enjoyable :))

What are your goals/aims as an executive member of SAMS?
My goal as an exec is to showcase the SAMS community to our wider community by capturing all of our amazing members, hoping to give students a genuine glimpse into what being a part of SAMS is like, whilst also being an approachable exec that our members can come to on campus or during events for support!
